Brand films in Portugal

Nobody trusts a company. They trust the people in it.

We film the human side of companies: who founded them, who stayed, who does the work.

Café Santa Cruz, Coimbra

A face that hesitates before answering holds attention longer than any drone shot.

Corporate videos fail when there is nobody inside them. Viewers switch off in seconds, because they recognise nothing of themselves.

Interviews for Quinta das Janelas, Coimbra.

“We don’t have a story.”

What almost every company tells us at first.

Every company that has survived five years has one. It just isn’t used to telling it out loud. Finding it is our job, not yours.

What we film.

Each one works on its own. Together they build an archive the company will still be using ten years from now.

The company film

What the company is when it isn’t selling anything. Two to six minutes to show a client, a bank or a candidate.

The founder

The person who signed the first contract, telling why they signed it, while they can still tell it.

Events

Conferences, festivals, dinners. Not a list of what happened: what it felt like to be in that room.

The team

One portrait at a time, of the people who do the work. Recruiting stops being a job ad.

Social media, made with the care of a film.

One shooting day a month makes a month of content. Fewer posts, all made for the phone and subtitled to watch without sound.

Who watches to the end

The only number that judges the work.

Who shares

A like costs nothing. Sending it to a friend costs reputation.

Who gets in touch

Bookings, quotes, visits. We ask you about them every month.

Three months to see

The shortest period that means anything. At the end we tell you whether it is worth continuing, even when the answer is no.

Four weeks, without stopping the company.

  1. Getting to know you

Half a day inside, with no camera. We talk to whoever has been there longest and whoever arrived last month.

  2. One sentence

We come back with one sentence about what the film is. If you don’t recognise your company in it, we start again.

  3. Filming

One or two days, around your team’s work. Nobody stops because of us.

  4. Delivery

A first cut, one round of notes, and versions for every place the film will live.

Bash, in Coimbra.

A whole festival in under three minutes: who serves, who plays, who stays until the end.
